These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites:

www.nanny-dubai.ae (collectively, the “Websites”), operated by PRDLT LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the United States, with registered address at 1007 North Orange Street, 4th Floor, Wilmington, DE, 19801, USA (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Websites are operated under the brand name PerfectNanny’s.
By using the Websites or engaging with our services, you (“User”, “Client”, or “Candidate”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Websites or services.
1. Scope of Services1.1 The Company operates as a nanny and domestic staff introduction agency. We provide search, pre-screening, and referral services (“Services”).
1.2 We are not an employer of nannies, domestic workers, or other candidates introduced through our Services. Any employment, contractual, or service relationship is concluded directly between the Client (family, household, or employer) and the Candidate (nanny or other domestic worker).
1.3 We do not guarantee that any Candidate will meet specific requirements, remain in a position for a particular period, or perform to certain standards.
2. Registration and User Responsibilities2.1 Users may be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms or creating accounts. You agree to update this information as necessary.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and all activities under your account.
2.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Websites or Services if false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided or if misuse of our Services is detected.
3. Screening and Checks3.1 The Company may, where legally permitted and subject to data protection laws, perform checks such as:
- identity verification,
- employment history and references,
- qualifications and certificates,
- right-to-work status,
- criminal record/background checks,
- safeguarding and child protection assessments.
3.2 The extent of checks may vary depending on applicable law (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK, UAE PDPL) and the Client’s requirements.
3.3 Final responsibility for verifying a Candidate’s suitability and compliance with immigration, tax, and employment laws rests with the Client.
4. Client ObligationsClients agree to:
(a) ensure compliance with all applicable laws (employment, immigration, tax, safeguarding, health and safety);
(b) provide a safe and lawful working environment;
(c) independently verify the Candidate’s right to work;
(d) not engage directly with any Candidate introduced by the Company without payment of applicable fees;
(e) not circumvent the Company in hiring or referring Candidates within twelve (12) months of introduction.
5. Candidate ObligationsCandidates agree to:
(a) provide truthful and accurate information, including CVs, references, and right-to-work details;
(b) notify the Company of any material changes to their status or eligibility to work;
(c) respect the privacy, confidentiality, and rules of the Client’s household.
6. Fees, Payments, and Guarantee6.1 Clients are responsible for payment of placement fees as specified in the Company’s fee schedule or as otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2 Placement fees become due upon the Client’s agreement to engage a Candidate introduced by the Company.
6.3 Replacement Guarantee: If a Candidate leaves or is dismissed within three (3) months (12 weeks) of commencement for reasons beyond the Client’s control, we may, at our discretion, offer one replacement introduction free of charge, provided all fees have been paid in full and these Terms have been complied with.
6.4 Refunds are not provided unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
7. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:
(a) use the Websites for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
(b) copy, modify, or distribute Website content without permission;
(c) upload harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the Websites;
(d) collect or harvest data about other Users without consent.
8. Intellectual PropertyAll intellectual property rights in the Websites and Services (including logos, databases, and content) are owned by or licensed to the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Websites for personal or internal business purposes only.
9. Privacy and Data Protection9.1 Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9.2 By using our Websites and Services, you consent to the collection, use, and transfer of your data in accordance with applicable law, including the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and UAE PDPL.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability10.1 The Websites and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
(a) indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages;
(b) loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities;
(c) acts or omissions of Candidates or Clients following an introduction.
10.3 Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the placement fees actually paid by the Client in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction11.1 For Users in the UK: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London.
11.2 For Users in the EU (Portugal): These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, with mandatory consumer rights preserved. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon.
11.3 For Users in the UAE: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11.4 In all cases, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
12. AmendmentsWe may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Websites with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
